Welcome to the Octagon Clinic online booking

Please make sure you book the correct appointment type by scrolling down the menu and choosing the one you would like to book.

If you need to change, reschedule or cancel your online booking, please be aware that we politely request notice of 24 hours so we have time to offer the appointment to another patient if needed.

To make changes click on the link in your confirmation email and please follow instructions.


PLEASE NOTE:

If you are booking an appointment for another member of your family, eg a child, please ensure that THE APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED IN THE PATIENT'S NAME. If you are having difficulty doing this, please add a note to your booking alerting us to the name of the patient and we can amend the booking to the correct patient.

Your appointment will NOT be confirmed for you or logged into our booking system until you have completed the payment process.

If you think you have booked an online appointment but have not received confirmation, please call our Reception team on 0208563268 and they will be happy to help you.
